The teas are shaped by hand and formed into different shapes to dry. They are carefully tied bundles of tealeaves with flowers opening up from the center into an artistic display after immersion in hot water.

For the best results brew each bloom for 3 minutes in a hot boiled water. Suggested temperature 90ºC (200ºF). Each bloom can make up to two pots of tea. Each tea bloom can be steeped two to three times. Make sure to decant the steeped tea into your teacups as soon as it has steeped. Add fresh hot water only when you are ready to brew another pot of tea. For the best viewing, use glass teapot or glass cups.
